Industrial Electrician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician / Pipefitter to join our team for a new industrial building project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laying conduit, wiring electrical systems, and pipe fitting. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, bend, and secure conduit according to project specifications.
• Pull, terminate, and test wiring for power, lighting, and equipment systems.
• Perform pipe fitting tasks including measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical schematics.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical and safety codes.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during installation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial electrical work, conduit installation, and pipe fitting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and pipe-threading equipment.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• OSHA safety training a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
