Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic Industrial Engineer with a strong background in garments/apparel manufacturing? ATRACO is looking for a talented professional to join our Central Office team in Dubai.
Role Overview:
As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting production teams from product development through to shipment. You will be responsible for:
Driving productivity through method and process standardization
Planning production flows and ensuring timely delivery
Preparing operation bulletins and thread consumption estimations
Maintaining operator efficiency charts and productivity dashboards
Training and developing teams to meet and exceed performance standards
Working collaboratively across departments to meet the company’s KPIs
Key Requirements:
5 to 7 years of experience in a reputed Garment Manufacturing & Export Unit
Experience working at a central office level is highly preferred
Strong command of Excel and ERP systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mandatory)
Energetic, motivated, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
