As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer – Plant Manager to join our dynamic team and lead operations at our facility in Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore.

Position Overview:
As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of plant operations which includes but is not limited to overseeing manpower, materials, and machinery. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing industrial systems. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Supervise production teams and support staff to meet operational targets.
• Oversee the maintenance and performance of industrial machinery.
• Coordinate material flow and inventory for smooth production cycles.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of factory experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of the mechanics of industrial machinery is a must.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred. However, candidates with other engineering degrees and solid industrial experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
