Industrial Engineering - Trainee

We are offering a training opportunity (COOP - Tamheer) for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Trainee . This role is designed to provide hands-on experience for students to develop practical skills in operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across activities
• Monitor operational activities (store/warehouse) and report any issues
• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate operational data and prepare periodic reports
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance monitoring
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, logistics, and quality
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed
  
  
  

Requirements


Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and apply industrial engineering concepts in a practical setting
