About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the reliability and performance of our facility's electrical infrastructure. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime by proactively maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading complex power and control systems to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for new facility infrastructure and equipment upgrades.

Diagnose and resolve complex failures in power distribution, lighting, and automated control systems to restore production efficiency.

Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected outages.

Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to accurately execute repairs and system modifications.

Utilize shop machinery, including grinders and drills, to fabricate or repair electrical housings and conduit systems.

Maintain rigorous safety standards and documentation, ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications-
Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in good standing.

3-5 years of hands-on experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems.

Proven proficiency working with voltage ranges from 120V to 480V.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and control logic.

Practical experience with PLCs, VFDs, and building management systems.

Background in high-volume manufacturing or large-scale facility maintenance.

Technical degree or certification in Electrical Technology or Industrial Maintenance.
