Start your afternoon on-site in Ripon, WI, step into a fast-paced manufacturing floor, and take ownership of the machines that keep production moving. You’ll read diagrams and manuals, grab the right hand and power tools, and dive into troubleshooting. One moment you’re commissioning a new machine; the next you’re testing a hydraulic circuit or verifying a conveyor’s performance with precision instruments. Throughout the shift, you’ll log work in a CMMS, analyze operation data, and recommend actions that cut downtime and boost reliability.

Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring/testing instruments per diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specs

Service and troubleshoot motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines

Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures

Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency

Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities

Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability

Utilize a CMMS to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records

Standard Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1pm

Hourly Rate: $30.96 - $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years work experience required

Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
-
Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
-
Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds

Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
