Core Duties:

• Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Execute routine preventative maintenance schedules on production equipment.
• Maintain various hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Restore functionality to conveyors, gearboxes, stamping presses, and automated systems.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Help maximize facility and production uptime through diligent support.
• Contribute to the installation of new equipment and system upgrades.
• Ensure a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to OSHA and Lockout/Tagout protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or stamping machinery.
• Skills in welding or fabrication are considered an advantage.
• Experience working with PLCs or robotics is a bonus.
• Prior exposure to automotive, foundry, Tier 1, or heavy industrial sectors is preferred.
• Possession of a Journeyman card or completion of an apprenticeship is highly valued.
