Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead and scale our global B2B sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market strategies, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and execute global B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Data compilation of the sales and leads generated for a quick overview.
Analysis of all leads and the ROI
Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by selecting, training, and coaching your team
Managing all the new inquiries coming from the exhibition booths.
Identify new international markets, customers, and business opportunities
Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
Develop product presentations, catalogues, and digital marketing content for export market
Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, partners, and governing bodies
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports and their dashboards for top management
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Lead digital campaigns and increase brand recognition on all social media platforms
Generate innovative ideas to promote Chaplet International
Coordinate with production, engineering, and finance teams to align business goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering from UET, UMT, PU or Lahore School of Economics
Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in global B2B marketing (mechanical/ manufacturing industry preferred)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience in export sales, international clients, and channel partners
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Proficiency in CRM systems (SAP B1) and MS Office
