Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, A3, 8D, and Six Sigma methods.

Conduct diagnostics (VSM, takt/cycle analysis, changeover analysis, OEE evaluations).
-
Optimize manufacturing layouts, workflows, and processes to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Operational Performance
-
Monitor key KPIs and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
-
Identify process constraints and drive structured problem-solving.
-
Train and coach teams on operational excellence and Lean tools.
Process Design & Industrialization
-
Design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, and tooling.
-
Apply simulation tools to optimize flows and process capacity.
-
Ensure new processes comply with TPM concepts and safety requirements.
Digital & System Improvements
-
Support the implementation of digital tools and IT systems to improve visibility and efficiency on the shop floor.

Integrate digital practices into daily operations.
Supply Chain & Planning Support
-
Contribute to production flow optimization from suppliers through finished goods.
-
Support material scheduling, planning, and big‑order management processes.
Health & Safety
-
Support deployment of Health & Safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.

Apply safe-working concepts in process and equipment design.
