Could you be the full-time Project Industrial Manager (PIM) in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project industrialization expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking teammates.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful industrialization and execution of project materials, contributing to efficient material flow, cost optimization, and risk minimization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams), ensure the timely availability of design inputs, and oversee logistics and quality control processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of delivering the Industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) work package and coordinating the industrialization process, but also support project closure activities to clean and close the Hard Inventory.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Contributing to the tender phase by optimizing the Project Industrial Organization and Make or Buy Industrial scheme.

  • Ensuring the proper set-up of the Project Industrialization process and managing corresponding deliverables in QCD.

  • Maximizing the use of standardized products and reducing end-to-end material lead time through logistics flow optimization.

  • Driving demand to Industrial Operations and supervising material procurement, manufacturing, testing, logistics, and shipment.

  • Monitoring stock levels to align with the industrial strategy and ensuring consistent industrial planning updates.

  • Coordinating the development, manufacturing, and delivery of project-specific products, such as on-board cabinets and trackside shelters.

  • Supervising the preparation and execution of Customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

  • Managing repairs and retrofit plans during the project warranty phase.

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

  • Experience or understanding of industrialization processes and material flow optimization.

  • Knowledge of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) principles.

  • Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, and logistics processes.

  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
