Job Role - Industrial Product Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements, user needs, and technical specifications.
• Create design concepts, sketches
• Develop 3D models, renderings, and detailed design drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Tooling & Production.
• Conduct ergonomics and usability evaluation for product improvements.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and production methods.
• Support prototype development, testing and refinement of designs.
• Assist in documentation of design specifications and manufacturing drawings.
• Ensure designs align with cost, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with new design trends, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills -

• Strong design visualization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as - SolidWorks, Creo & Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / KeyShot for rendering
• Understanding of materials (plastics, sheet metal, composites, etc.).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like injection molding, machining, forming, 3D printing.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design projects (academic/industrial).
• Creative and user-centered design mindset.

Qualifications: -

B.Des in Industrial Design / Product Design , M.Tech in Product Design / Industrial Product Design (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
