Job Description:
As an Industrial Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing industrial refrigeration systems, freon and ammonia based. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance in various industrial environments. Important Note: Our location is headquartered in Souderton, PA, however this job requires daily travel to Southeastern PA, All areas of New Jersey, and more at times. All travel is paid and a company vehicle with fuel card is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems
• Perform regular system inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure efficient system operation
• Work with the team to address system breakdowns and reduce downtime
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• Proven experience as an industrial refrigeration technician
• Experience with ammonia-based central refrigeration systems
• EPA refrigerant handling license required
• RETA certification
• CIRO Certfication
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical environments
• OSHA 10 certification or equivalent is a plus
• Driver's license with good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
