Industrial Relationship Specialist

Company: MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)-

Job Purpose:

Finalize, facilitate and execute all company transactions with both the Ministry of Industry and the Industrial Development Authority

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare local manufacturing rate studies of MCV and MIS products
• Extract of customs tariff letters for imported components of MCV & MIS
• Issue letters of local manufacturing ratios from IDA to the Export and Import Control Authority to facilitate exports
• Extract, secure and solicit the necessary approvals from the Ministry of Industry for the new lands
• Extract, obtain and secure the necessary industrial documents for the new factories established on the new lands
• Add new activities (expansions - new models - production capacity - new industrial activity - ) on the industrial registry issued by MCV, MIS as and when required according to production
• Renew of the industrial registry as and when required
• Extract, issue and update the membership certificate in the Chamber of Engineering Industries at the Federation of Egyptian Industries and pay the annual subscription fees on timely fashion
• Issue, following up and renew the new operating licenses issued by the Industrial Development Authority for all factories
• Assume other responsibilities and duties as assigned by direct line managerMain KPI Key Performance indicators:

Job Skills and Abilities:

• Good in English language
• Very good computer skills specially in office applications such as " Work and Excel, Access"
• SAP Awareness will be an asset
• Self-motivated, Decision maker, and accurate
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from any discipline
