Job Purpose
The Industrial Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for cement and concrete block products by developing relationships with industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. The role focuses on project-based sales, channel development, and achieving volume and value targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure projects.
- Promote cement and concrete block products to industrial and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume and value).
Channel & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with channel partners to improve market penetration.
Project Sales & Market Intelligence
- Track upcoming construction and infrastructure projects within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit price quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
Coordination & Order Management
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment and collections.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of cement and concrete block products
- Experience in industrial / project sales within construction materials
- Negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in field sales roles
- Knowledge of local construction markets and contractor networks
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in sales of cement, concrete blocks, RMC, AAC blocks, or construction materials
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
