TempExperts is hiring an Industrial Sales Manager for a well-established industrial equipment company in Tampa. This position is perfect for a motivated sales professional with a strong technical background who enjoys building client relationships, managing new business opportunities, and supporting international partners. You’ll primarily work from the Tampa office, with occasional travel, driving sales efforts while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer success.

**Proven sales experience within the dental industry is preferred.**

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities from the Tampa office and support independent sales representatives.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Oversee trade shows, including setup, teardown, and lead generation.
• Conduct client site visits for equipment demonstrations and acceptance testing.
• Utilize SAP CRM to track leads, forecasts, and territory activities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for future product development.
• Build country-specific business plans with international partners.
• Travel internationally approximately 1-2 times per year.

Requirements / Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience (or a combination).
• Proven sales experience within the dental industry is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate industrial machinery.
• Based in the Tampa area (local candidates only).
• Comfortable using SAP CRM and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and good credit standing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
