Job Title: Industrial Sales Manager
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute a national direct sales strategy across wholesale, retail, and OEM/corporate segments
- Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver optimum performance
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities and untapped market segments
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts, distributors, and channel partners
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing dynamics continuously
- Ensure timely collection of receivables within agreed credit limits and timelines
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for senior management
- Coordinate with internal operations and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Total Experience: 10 to 12 years in direct sales roles of industrial equipments
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in a senior sales management position
- Industry Background: Candidates from industrial manufacturing, automotive components, hardware, building materials, fasteners, or engineering products sectors will be strongly preferred
- Channel Experience: Demonstrated experience managing wholesale distribution, retail trade, and/or direct OEM/corporate accounts
- Skills: Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, key account management, forecasting, and business communication
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
