Industrial Technician/MEP Technician

To perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in Oil & Gas facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Support commissioning and testing of industrial equipment in Oil & Gas projects.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting on pumps, compressors, valves, HVAC, and rotating machinery.
• Maintain and repair electrical panels, wiring, and plumbing networks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, PTW (Permit to Work), and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize plant reliability and minimize downtime.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in industrial environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with industrial equipment, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and motors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Familiarity with PTW systems, HSE practices, and Oil & Gas safety standards.
• Problem‑solving, teamwork, and adaptability in challenging environments.
• Technical certifications in mechanical/electrical trades preferred.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Oil & Gas projects.
