Industrial Transformation Engineer

We are looking for a Industrial Transformation Engineer to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!

How You Will Contribute:

• Work in an agile environment that values innovation and speed
• Lead and support Industry 4.0 projects to boost plant productivity
• Conduct resource requirement studies focused on OEE and efficiency
• Design digital dashboards and perform data analysis to simulate plant output scenarios
• Contribute to plant layout designs for new machinery and productivity solutions (e.g., AGVs)
• Collaborate with startups and external partners on transformation initiatives

• A degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent planning, organizing, and project management abilities
• A passion for continuous learning
• Great team collaboration and interpersonal skills
