We are looking for a “Area Sales Specialist” to be assigned to the in Sales Department of the Turkish organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Experienced in the mechanical installation sector and preferably industry,
  • Proficient in technical matters, at least 4-5 years of field experience in sales,
  • Experience in dealer management,
  • Knowladge of MS Office applications preferably CRM/ ERP programs,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Follower in business, open to innovations, solution-oriented and with high
  • persuasive ability,
  • Having a class B driver's license and being able to actively drive a vehicle,
  • No travel restrictions


Qualifications:

  • To continuously monitor and analyze customer targets and demands, market and competitor status in the region responsible for and to follow up on taking necessary actions within the company,
  • Carrying out project development and sales processes for customers in the region,
  • Analyze the demands from Customers and Authorized Sales Dealers in the region under his/her responsibility (mainly Çukurova); follow up and negotiate to prepare price offers and create sales opportunities, regularly enter all visits and project statuses into the system so that the orders can be regularly followed up on CRM,
  • To prepare offers by following national and international tenders,
  • Preparing and presenting relevant sales reports,
  • To ensure the acquisition of new customers and to improve the customer portfolio
