Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead with over a decade of experience to manage the operations of our Industry & Exports Directory. This critical role is responsible for optimizing the support function for factories, exporters, and buyers. You will lead the team to ensure high-quality data accuracy, professional user experiences, and the operational readiness of industrial profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a specialized support team allocated across factory support, buyer support, and data/content management.
• Factory Success Management: Oversee the complete factory journey from registration to profile activation, ensuring data quality (products, certifications) and resolving operational challenges.
• Process Architecture: Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for factory registration and commercial inquiries; implement strict SLAs and escalation protocols.
• Knowledge Base Management: Build a centralized knowledge hub, including platform usage guides for factories/exporters and FAQs for local and international buyers.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze operational data to improve directory structure and search functionality, providing strategic recommendations to management for platform growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years minimum in support management, operations, or customer success.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Industrial Ecosystems, Manufacturing Sectors, and Export Supply Chains.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and coordinating across multiple departments.
• Operational Excellence: A quality-driven, disciplined mindset with experience in process improvement and performance metrics.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field.
