Industry Services Manager

As Industry Services Manager, you will lead and transform the 3DS Industry Services organization in Turkey and Central Asia.You will be fully accountable for Services business performance and delivery excellence across the full 3DS software portfolio (3DEXPERIENCE and brand solutions).In addition to leading the Services team, you will act as the country focal point for all strategic and ongoing programs, ensuring strong governance, financial control and customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Business & Financial Leadership

  • Own and execute the Services Business Plan to achieve Revenue, Signings, Margin and Utilization targets
  • Drive profitable growth of 3DS software & services across all brands and industry domains
  • Monitor and steer financial performance of all ongoing programs
  • Ensure compliance with 3DS opportunity and delivery governance standards
  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline visibility and capacity planning at country level

Team Leadership & Capability Development
  • Lead, coach and develop the Country Industry Services team across multiple solution domains
  • Define and execute skills acquisition & development plans (hiring, training, certification, mentoring)
  • Ensure adequate coverage of competencies aligned with country pipeline and strategic accounts
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and delivery excellence
  • Create a collaborative and performance-driven working environment

Program & Project Governance (Country Focal Point)
  • Act as Country Focal Point for all strategic and critical ongoing programs
  • Assume the role of Program Manager or Executive Sponsor for key engagements
  • Ensure project success with focus on Time, Quality, Budget and Business Value
  • Proactively manage risks, escalations and recovery plans
  • Ensure proper planning, staffing and execution discipline across projects
  • Maintain executive-level communication with customers and internal stakeholders

Delivery Excellence & Partner Ecosystem
  • Promote and ensure consistent usage of 3DS Value Engagement methodology and Value Delivery frameworks
  • Deliver high-value, high-margin services aligned with customer transformation objectives
  • Develop, enable and scale a partner ecosystem to support deployment capacity and scalability
  • Define clear governance, roles and responsibilities between Services and Partners
  • Capitalize on best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Sales & Strategic Account Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales to define winning account strategies and delivery approaches
  • Support complex deal shaping, estimation and transformation roadmaps
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with key customers
  • Act as trusted advisor for digital transformation programs involving 3DS solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing enterprise solution programs in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • 5–10 years of experience in Consulting / Services organizations, with leadership responsibilities


  • Solid financial acumen (P&L management, margin control, forecasting)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field
  • PMP or PgMP certification is a strong plus
  • Experience leading multicultural and distributed teams
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (mandatory)
