Infant Lead Teacher (ECE Certified) – Daycare & Preschool
Location: The Learning Experience – Billerica, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

About the Role
The Learning Experience – Billerica is hiring a Lead Infant Teacher to guide our youngest learners in a calm, loving, and developmentally supportive classroom. This role is perfect for an experienced early childhood educator who specializes in infant care and understands how critical the first year of life is for development.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations of the infant classroom (6 weeks–12 months)- Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and sensory play
Create a nurturing, secure environment that supports early milestones
Implement age-appropriate learning activities focused on bonding, movement, and communication
Communicate daily with families about routines and development
Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations
Requirements
- MA Infant Teacher certification required
ECE degree or coursework preferred
Strong understanding of infant development and DAP
CPR/First Aid preferred
