Infant Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Infant teacher to join our team Monday - Friday 7a.m. - 4 p.m .The ideal candidate will have and a love for working with infants. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters each child's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and track each child's development and progress
• Foster a love of learning in each child by creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and colleagues
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child at all times
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community

Requirements:

• experience working with infants
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for working with infants and a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards children and learning

Hours are from 7 a.m to 4 p.m.
