Infant Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your primary goal will be to support each child's developmental milestones through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective classroom management. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
• Provide attentive infant care by feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring overall well-being throughout the day.
• Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.
• Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs and developmental stages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behaviors, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to plan special activities and ensure consistent caregiving practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with infants in a daycare or early childhood education setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant care.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety at all times.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities.
• Ability to engage children through nurturing interactions while maintaining a structured environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
