Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood development, including literacy education, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement.
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, share observations on developmental milestones, and address individual needs or concerns.
- Incorporate specialized techniques such as early intervention strategies and behavior management to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, health status, and developmental achievements in compliance with childcare standards.
- Foster a love of learning through creative lesson planning that includes sensory activities, physical education, and age-specific educational games.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, classroom management techniques, and lesson planning tailored for infants.
- Experience working with special education needs or implementing early intervention strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is desirable; Montessori or preschool experience is advantageous.
