Position Summary
We are seeking a caring and dependable Infant Assistant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. This role supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and facilitating classroom activities
• Support children’s social and emotional development through positive interactions
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized classroom environment at all times, including regular disinfecting of toys, surfaces, and shared spaces
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents
• Help manage daily classroom operations and routines
• Step into a supervisory role when the Lead Teacher is absent

Qualifications

• Genuine love for working with children and a desire to make a difference daily
• Experience and/or education in early childhood education preferred
• High school diploma required
• Reliable, responsible, and professional
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with families and team members
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
