Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher

We are currently hiring for a Lead Infant/ Toddler Teacher (infants turning one, or ones classrooms) in our vibrant, Reggio-inspired classroom. You’ll join a highly supportive team of educators in a beautifully set up space with a co-teacher.

Located in the charming Brookside neighborhood, our progressive, project-based, Reggio-inspired child development center has been a cornerstone of innovation and excellence in early childhood education since 2018. We've grown to eight classrooms, serving up to 96 children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. What sets us apart is our deep respect for children, teachers, and the process of learning itself.

What You’ll Love About Working Here:

  • Starting pay of $17.00–$18.50/hour

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Deeply respects children and their natural curiosity
  • Loves outdoor play and isn’t afraid of a little mess
  • Is patient, nurturing, and flexible
  • Eager to grow and collaborate as part of a passionate team
  • Has some experience, or knowledge about the Reggio-Emilia Philosophy
  • Has 2+ years of experience in early childhood and coursework in education or child development
