At Primrose School of Arden Hills, we’re looking for a loving and energetic Infant Teacher to join our amazing team of early childhood professionals!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for infants (ages 6 weeks to 15 months).
• Engage in intentional play, songs, and activities that support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Partner with parents to share milestones, daily updates, and those precious “firsts.”
• Maintain a clean, organized, and calm classroom that reflects the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach.
• Work as part of a supportive and fun-loving team that celebrates every little success!

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, dependable professional with a genuine love for infants.
• Experience in an early childhood or childcare setting preferred.
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or working toward one) is a plus.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and lots of patience!

• Childcare: 2 years (Preferred)
