Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher

Qualifications

Lead Teachers must have no less than a CDA Certificate, a Technical Certificate, or an AA Diploma in Early Childhood Development.

Minimum of 2 year experience in a classroom environment working with preschool children.

Flexible and energetic on the job

The Teacher may be required to lift and carry children and equipment.

Experience planning lessons and activities

Excellent communication and people skills

Must pass a criminal background check

Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you will plan lessons and instruct children in activities according to approved curriculum designed to promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment

Plan and implement activities using our Play-based curriculum.

Responsible for organization and adherence to a daily schedule

Communicate in a professional manner with parents, staff, and management

Maintain safety and cleanliness of the classroom at all times
