Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. Are you passionate about creating a safer, healthier environment for residents and staff? Clement Manor is seeking a dedicated Infection Control Nurse to lead our Infection Control function on the Clement Manor campus. This position is 48hrs Bi-weekly with flexibility of work times.

In this vital role, you will:

✔ Oversee and implement Infection Control policies and procedures.

✔ Investigate, monitor, and prevent infections among residents and staff.

✔ Be part of shared team based on-call rotation

✔ Perform ongoing surveillance, data tracking, and reporting of infection trends.

✔ Develop and deliver engaging staff education programs.

✔ Continuously review and enhance Infection Control policies and procedures.

✔ Serve as a key resource for employee health, occupational injuries, and follow-up care.

Education, Training, Licensure & Certification Required:

✔ Active Wisconsin RN Licensure.

✔ Continuing education in Infection Control.

✔ Certification in APIC or currently working toward certification.

Minimum Experience Preferred:

  • At least two years of experience in infection control within a health care facility.
