Pay Rate: $45 – $50/hour
Housing: Facility-provided housing available

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking RN – Infection Control Nurse for an exciting job in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control policies and procedures.

• Educate and train staff on infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor infection data and report findings to leadership.

• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

• Support residents’ and staff’s well-being through proactive infection prevention measures.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (eligible for practice in Colorado).

• Previous experience in infection control within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred.

• Strong communication and training skills.
