Infection Control Nurse
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital will be preferred
- Implement and monitor infection prevention and control practices across OPD, IPD, and OT areas
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital infection control protocols, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate nursing services to maintain quality patient care and smooth clinical operations
- Supervise nursing staff and support training, audits, and continuous quality improvement activities
- Assist in patient counseling and ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and coordination with clinical departments
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills
- Understanding of ophthalmic procedures (preferred)
- Ability to manage OPD, IPD, OT operations effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
- High level of commitment to compassionate, patient-centric care
