Involves managing the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, fostering relationships with content creators, and ensuring brand messaging aligns with the luxury aesthetic of fragrances. The position typically supports an Influencer or Marketing Manager and works closely with PR and social media teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Influencer Identification & Vetting: Research, identify, and vet macro and micro-influencers whose personal brand and audience align with the perfume house's values and target demographics.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies, acting as the primary point of contact for collaboration.
· Campaign Coordination & Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, which includes drafting creative briefs, negotiating contracts and deliverables (timelines, compensation, exclusivity), and managing content calendars.
· Product Seeding & Gifting: Coordinate product dispatches, PR packages, and unpaid gifting to influencers, ensuring timely delivery and following up for coverage.
· Content Oversight: Review influencer-generated content to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines and specific product highlights before publication.
· Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor real-time campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Compile detailed post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
· Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating influencer and PR events, product launches, and brand activations, managing guest lists and on-ground logistics.
· Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and fragrance industry trends, social media platform changes, and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: Typically 2–3 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury lifestyle industries.
· Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. The role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Tools: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, Aspire, GRIN) is often required.
· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is typically preferred.
