Influencer Coordinator

Role Overview
At Means Design, the Influencer Coordinator is not just a campaign executor; this role is a growth-track position designed for future leadership within the influencer and PR division.
You will support with end-to-end influencer campaigns, play a key role in shaping brand narratives, and contribute to client success and business growth. High-performing candidates will have a clear pathway toward career progression and higher ranking roles within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Strategy & Talent Sourcing
- Identify and recommend influencers aligned with brand positioning, audience insights, and campaign objectives
- Develop influencer shortlists, whilce continuously building and expanding Means Design influencer network
2. Client & Campaign Planning
- Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing team to understand brand strategy and KPIs
- Contribute to campaign ideation and influencer strategy proposals
- Ensure client approvals are secured at every key milestone
3. Campaign Ownership & Execution
- Support heavily with influencer outreach, attendance and timeline management
- Ensure proper and accuarate briefings are given to influencers prior to the event participation
- Ensure clear and accurate briefing from clients and internal teams, so influencer selection and campaign coverage align with the pre-event objectives.
- Consistently ensure deliverables are clearly defined, agreed with influencers ahead of events, aligned with Means Design workflow and creative standards, and accurately reported to internal teams and clients.
- Manage campaign schedules proactively to avoid delays or clashes of events
4. Relationship & Negotiation Management
- Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers
- Negotiate rates and deliverables effectively to optimise campaign budgets, when needed
- Maintain clear, professional communication with influencers.
5. Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, audience insights)
- Prepare strategic post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations
- Track influencer ROI and identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Maintain contracts, documentation, and cost tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, or digital campaigns or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong understanding of influencers within the lifestyle, hospitality, hotel, F&B, and luxury sectors
- Analytical mindset with understanding of social media metrics
- Confident communicator with negotiation skills
- Passion for digital culture, content trends, and brand storytelling
- Flexibility and willingness to attend events and support campaigns outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends when required
