Company works six days and Sunday being weekly off

Working Time : : 9:30am - 6:30 pm (Regular Day Shift)

Office Location-Borivali

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Finalization: Evaluate, and finalize influencers who align with the brand’s goals

and specific campaign objectives.

• Contract Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Negotiate collaboration terms,

deliverables, timelines, and compensation, ensuring all agreements and campaign details are

clearly finalized before launch.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional, and positive

relationships with influencers and creators through clear and consistent communication.

• Campaign Execution Monitoring: Track influencer activities, monitor content delivery, and

ensure all campaign requirements are met on time.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media

platforms, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or performance marketing, with a focus

on influencer coordination and collaboration.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and creator ecosystems.

• Good communication and negotiation skills to manage influencers and finalize

collaborations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple influencers, timelines, and

deliverables efficiently.

• Must be eager to learn and grow into long-term roles within influencer marketing or

performance marketing.

• Should be comfortable working in a young, fast-paced, and collaborative work

environment.
