Influencer Marketing

About the role
We need someone who can manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: shortlisting, outreach, negotiation, coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and shortlist influencers based on brand fit + campaign goals
  • Outreach, negotiate commercials, and close collaborations
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, scripts/talking points, and deliverables
  • Track content submissions, approvals, posting schedules
  • Manage invoices, payments, contracts (basic coordination)
  • Maintain influencer database and campaign reporting

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing / creator management
  • Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable chasing timelines
  • Familiar with Instagram/YouTube creator ecosystem

Nice to have

  • Experience with hospitality/beauty/lifestyle influencers
  • Existing creator network

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Influencer Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
