Why we are looking for you:
This role requires working with the publisher development team to support them in management and growth of publishers working with CJ Affiliate. The analyst is also required to provide support in publisher audits, competitor analysis and enrolling publishers into advertiser's programs.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for responding to Influencer queries and communications.
  • Engage with high performing clients
  • Develop client-facing and internal reports by compiling, analyzing and interpreting social and performance insights
  • Participate in building strategy presentations and post-campaign insights for influencer, content and brand campaigns.
  • Support end-to-end influencer sales and execution processes including: influencer sourcing, onboarding and casting for each campaign
  • Build Trend/Vertical and Competitive Analysis Reports using third party tools, social listening and campaign management tools
  • Support paid media campaigns including: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. by establishing KPIs and measuring against benchmarks

Qualifications
What we look for:
  • Work experience with creators/influencers and/or paid social campaign execution
  • You are able to collaborate with your team to solve complex issues
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are respectful to varying opinions and perspectives
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment in order to meet tight deadlines
  • A graduate in any discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of exposure in digital media/client services roles
