Influencer Marketing Executive

India

1. Influencer Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.

· Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across categories (macro, micro, nano, and Barter).

· Build innovative influencer-led content and campaign ideas for maximum reach and engagement.

2. Influencer Relationship Management

· Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.

· Maintain long-term relationships with influencers, KOLs, agency & creators.

· Leverage influencer communities for product launches, advocacy, and seasonal campaigns.

3. Campaign Execution

· Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, dressing, background, execution, approvals, and timely delivery).

· Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, guidelines, and compliance.

· Drive collaborations across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

· Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

· Provide detailed campaign performance reports and actionable insights.

· Continuously optimize influencer selection and campaign strategies for better outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with digital, social media, creative, and PR teams to amplify influencer campaigns.

· Support content amplification through paid media and brand integrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
