About the Role:
Our client, a leading strong>Influencer Marketing Agency in Dubai/strong>, is seeking an strong>Influencer Marketing Executive/strong> to manage influencer collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships for multiple brands across industries. The role requires hands-on experience in influencer outreach, contract negotiation, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content-driven marketing that drives measurable business results./p> Key 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent managers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and client servicing) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Track, monitor, and optimise influencer campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI.
  • Conduct research to identify emerging influencer trends, niches, and platforms relevant to client campaigns.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with performance analytics and actionable insights.
  • Support the agencys growth by contributing to new ideas, influencer partnerships, and creative campaign strategies.
