About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Influencer Campaign Manager who can own end-to-end execution of influencer-led campaigns. The role demands creativity, strong communication, and sharp project management skills to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand campaigns.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers/creators.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and reporting) for smooth execution.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and viral opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem (nano, micro, macro creators).
