Influencer Marketing Intern

Location: Rohini Sector 18 (On-site only – no remote/freelancing)

Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 / month

Duration: 3 months (This is not just an internship—it’s your gateway to a permanent role with us)

What You’ll Do:

• Discover, connect, and collaborate with influencers across niches
• Plan and execute influencer barter campaigns for multiple brands
• Maintain influencer databases and track deliverables
• Coordinate posting schedules and campaign timelines
• Brainstorm creative collaboration ideas that go viral
• Use AI tools to enhance research, campaign planning, and idea generation
• Analyze results and optimize future campaigns based on performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for influencer culture, trends, and social media platforms
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic Studio, OpusClip, or similar for research, content ideas, and productivity
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking
• 100% availability for an on-site role
