Role Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Intern at Matlay, you will assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers while actively participating in content creation for campaigns. This is an on-site role, giving you hands-on experience in influencer marketing and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential influencers aligned with our brand and campaigns.
• Support influencer onboarding, including briefing, communication, and contracts.
• Track influencer performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Be willing to create and share content on your own social media to amplify campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of influencer marketing, including onboarding and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Must be able to work on-site in Lahore.
