Influencer Marketing Intern

We move 12,000+ orders a day. We're scaling to $1B. And influencer marketing is one of the fastest-growing engines powering it all.

This summer, we're looking for one sharp, plugged-in intern to jump into the middle of it.

This isn't a "make copies and sit in meetings" internship. You'll be inside a real, revenue-driving influencer program — sourcing creators, managing relationships, tracking what converts, and helping scale what works. By the end of the summer, you'll know more about how influencer marketing actually works than most people with years in the industry.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Sourcing and identifying new influencers daily on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond
• Helping with creator outreach and onboarding
• Supporting day-to-day communication with influencers and affiliates
• Coordinating product sends, campaigns, and promotions
• Tracking performance data — revenue, engagement, what's converting and what's not
• Researching trends, emerging creators, and viral content
• Helping scale what's working and cut what isn't

Who You Are

You're on TikTok because you actually love it — not just to say you're on it. You notice trends before they peak. You're organized, fast, and you don't wait to be told what to do.

You care about results. You understand that likes are nice, but revenue is the goal. You're personable, reliable, and excited to be part of something that's moving fast.

You're probably studying: Marketing, Business, Communications, or something related — at UNLV, CSN, Nevada State, or another Las Vegas–area school.

What You'll Walk Away With

Real experience. Not busy work.

You'll learn how influencer deals are structured, how to evaluate creator performance, what content actually drives purchases, and how a fast-scaling eComm brand thinks about partnerships as a growth channel. You'll leave with a portfolio of real work and real results to back it up.

Strong interns get offered extensions or full-time roles.
