We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Manager

WBM International is looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer collaborations and brand partnership initiatives.

Location: Lahore
Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify, recruit, and manage influencers across various social media platforms
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies
✔ Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
✔ Negotiate collaboration terms and manage campaign budgets
✔ Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
✔ Coordinate with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure successful campaign execution
✔ Stay updated on social media trends and emerging influencers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Digital Marketing
Strong network of influencers and content creators
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Ability to analyze campaign performance and ROI
