Identify key platforms, content formats, and focus areas to improve marketing performance and strengthen brand visibility.
Lead and manage the marketing team by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and supporting professional development.
Oversee the complete influencer and partnership cycle, including research, selection, negotiations, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor KPIs such as CPV, CPM, ROI, and engagement metrics using analytical tools.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with bloggers, agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
Test new marketing channels and content strategies to explore innovative growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports with campaign results, insights, and recommendations to support decision making.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and growth plans.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Minimum of four years of experience in marketing, including team leadership and performance management.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate program strategies.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, or similar digital channels.
International exposure or work experience will be considered an advantage.
Proven ability to manage budgets and evaluate marketing performance effectively.
Good command of English at an intermediate level or higher.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
