Job Summary

OVO Luxury Signature is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives across fashion retail, e-commerce, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the fashion, luxury, retail, or e-commerce industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage a marketing team, drive brand growth, increase online sales, and ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and customer engagement across all channels.
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, fashion collections, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Set KPIs, targets, and performance objectives for team members.
  • Ensure all marketing activities and projects are completed on schedule.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for team development.
  • Foster a high-performance and results-oriented culture.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

  • Manage website, e-commerce platforms, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Drive online sales, website traffic, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize conversion rates and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies.

Campaign & Content Management

  • Plan and execute marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Approve creative content, photoshoots, videos, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for product launches.

SOP Development & Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement Marketing SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines.
  • Standardize campaign planning, content approval, social media management, and reporting processes.
  • Establish efficient project tracking and communication systems.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and team productivity.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Track KPIs including sales growth, lead generation, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Present marketing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Mandatory experience in Fashion, Luxury Retail, Apparel, Beauty, Lifestyle, or E-Commerce industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, paid advertising, and e-commerce operations.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury fashion, premium brands, or designer labels.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing influencer and fashion campaign collaborations.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
