We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Marketing Manager who can drive measurable business growth across marketplaces, digital advertising, and brand communication.
Role Overview
This is NOT a traditional social media or branding role.
We are looking for a numbers-driven growth professional who understands:
- advertising,
- consumer psychology,
- SEO,
- bidding,
- marketplace algorithms,
- and measurable performance marketing.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing growth across:
- Amazon Advertising
- Walmart Advertising
- Noon Advertising
- Google
- Influencer collaborations
- Social media campaigns
- Product launches
- Packaging communication
This role combines:
- performance marketing,
- marketplace growth,

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Advertising & Growth
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Noon and other e-commerce platforms
- Improve TACOS, ACOS, CTR, conversion rates and profitability
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization and campaign analysis
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and marketplace trends
- Develop launch strategies for new products and marketplaces
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Manage and optimize Google campaigns and social media growth initiatives
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and measure ROI
- Develop scalable customer acquisition strategies
- Build brand visibility across multiple channels
Product & Packaging Communication
- Work closely with management to develop packaging concepts and product communication
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across listings, packaging and digital platforms
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and content creators
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and weekly performance reports
- Analyze advertising performance and customer behavior
- Make data-driven recommendations for growth and profitability
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce wasted spend
SEO & Listing Optimization
- Improve marketplace SEO and listing performance
- Optimize titles, bullets, backend keywords and content structure
- Work on conversion-focused listing improvements
RequirementsMandatory Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Deep interest in performance marketing and measurable outcomes
- Excellent understanding of advertising metrics and optimization
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas, reporting)
- Ability to interpret data and make business decisions
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Amazon Advertising or other marketplace advertising
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands or consumer products
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Google Ads or similar platforms
