Overview of the role
We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Automall to lead the marketing strategy, demand generation agenda and customer acquisition engine for Automall in the UAE. The role will be responsible for strengthening the Automall brand, driving qualified leads, improving digital conversion and supporting the next phase of channel-led growth across used-car retail, partnerships, referrals, export opportunities and customer lifecycle engagement.
This is a senior commercial marketing role requiring strong ownership of performance marketing, campaign planning, CRM-led engagement, agency management, stakeholder influence and data-led optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Buying, Pricing, Digital, CRM, Finance, Operations and external partners to translate business priorities into measurable marketing outcomes.

What you will do

Define and lead the annual Automall marketing strategy, campaign calendar and channel plan aligned to sales priorities, stock movement, customer acquisition targets and new business growth channels.
Own performance marketing across paid search, paid social, marketplaces, display, retargeting and other digital acquisition channels to generate quality leads and improve conversion efficiency.
Strengthening Automall’s customer proposition as a trusted used-car business through brand campaigns, content, creative messaging, offer communication and customer engagement initiatives.
Develop marketing support for new growth channels including non-GCC sales, Japanese imports, export-led customer acquisition, driving school partnerships, Blue referral programmes, Orient Insurance opportunities and affinity or corporate channels.
Work with CRM and Digital teams to build lifecycle communication journeys that improve nurturing, enquiry follow-up, referral conversion, repeat engagement and post-purchase customer engagement.
Partner with Sales, Operations and agencies to ensure campaigns are executable, offers are clear, leads are routed effectively and showroom or digital teams are aligned on campaign mechanics.
Manage marketing analytics, budget tracking, campaign reporting and agency deliverables, ensuring marketing spending is linked to measurable traffic, leads, conversion, sales and margin contribution.

Required skills to be successful

Strong experience in marketing strategy, annual planning and campaign management across digital, social, search, CRM, marketplace and offline channels.
Proven performance marketing capability with hands-on understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, media ROI, cost per lead and cost per acquisition.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM journeys, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and digital conversion.
Ability to manage agencies, media budgets, creative development, campaign calendars and performance reporting.

Automall is part of Al-Futtaim Automotive and operates within a dynamic used-car retail environment. The business is evolving from a core used-car retail and trade model into a broader used-car ecosystem, with growth opportunities across digital channels, export, non-GCC specification sales, referral programmes, insurance-linked customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
The role will work in a matrix environment across Automall Sales, Buying, Pricing, Operations, Digital, CRM, Finance, Legal, Blue, Orient Insurance, external agencies and partnership stakeholders. The team is commercially focused, fast-paced and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on measurable marketing outcomes and customer acquisition.

What equips you for the role

Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with strong exposure to performance marketing, customer acquisition, campaign strategy and commercial marketing.
Experience leading marketing plans that directly support sales, leads, conversion, digital engagement and revenue outcomes.
Automotive, used cars, retail, marketplace, e-commerce, financial services or consumer digital experience would be highly preferred.
Practical understanding of UAE automotive, mobility, retail, digital marketplaces, social media, paid media and CRM-led customer journeys would be an advantage.
Ability to balance brand thinking with performance discipline, data-led decision making and fast-paced campaign execution.
Comfortable working in a matrix environment, managing ambiguity and constructively challenging agencies and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Sales, Digital, CRM, Finance, Operations and external partner teams.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with a data-led, customer-focused and outcome-driven approach.
Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to sales outcomes, stock movement, conversion and revenue contribution.
