This role owns the strategy and vision for Whole Foods Market’s influencer program, including managing creator relationships, developing our bench of brand advocates across micro, mid-range, and macro tiers, and setting the influencer brief framework. The Influencer Manager ensures the influencer program is fully integrated into our broader social strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Influencer Program Strategy – Develop and execute the strategic vision for our influencer program across all creator tiers (micro, mid-range, and macro).
- Creator Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with brand advocates.
- Brief Framework Development – Create and standardize the influencer brief framework to ensure consistency and effectiveness across campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Integration – Ensure the influencer program is fully integrated into our broader social strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Execution – Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timeline management, content approval, and quality control.
- Budget & Resource Management – Oversee program budget allocation and resource planning to maximize ROI.
A day in the life
You'll spend your day building relationships with influencers and creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsible for sourcing new talent, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring content aligns with Whole Foods' social strategy.
About the team
You'll join Whole Foods Market's Social Media & Influencer Marketing team as Influencer Manager, reporting to the Head of Owned & Influencer leading the Influencer & Partnerships function alongside a Coordinator, collaborating daily to build authentic creator partnerships.
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing influencer marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
- Proven track record of managing influencer relationships directly (not through agencies), including hands-on creator outreach, relationship building, and day-to-day partnership management
- Experience negotiating influencer contracts, including usage rights, content licensing, exclusivity terms, and compensation structures
- Grocery or food category experience.
- Experience with influencer management platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and influencer disclosure requirements.
- Experience working in brand marketing or sustainability-focused organizations.
- Track record of scaling programs from pilot to enterprise-level.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with creative, legal, and marketing teams.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
