About the Position:


We are looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Renart Global’s premium jewelry brands such as Eternate. In this role, you will lead influencer collaborations and creative campaigns to strengthen our presence in the US market .


You will be working on-site at our Etiler office, 5 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, manage, and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement in the US market .
  • Identify, negotiate, and build relationships with influencers , content creators , and brand ambassadors aligned with the brand positioning of our premium jewelry brands .
  • Plan and manage collaborations , draft contracts , gifting campaigns , sponsored content , and other creative activations .
  • Work closely with the creative , performance marketing , and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Research industry trends , competitor activities , and emerging platforms to discover innovative influencer marketing opportunities .
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and increase conversions through influencer-generated content and partnerships .


Qualifications:


  • Open to candidates with no prior experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube , and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent English is required for influencer communications and campaign reporting.
  • Highly deadline-oriented , with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for influencer culture, content trends, and the luxury/fashion/jewelry industry.
